Everyday Leaders

Leadership expert John Maxwell once said, “Leadership is about influence, nothing more, nothing less.”

Everyone can be an Everyday Leader. A person may not have a “title” or an officially recognized position (ie. CEO, manager, etc). However, what each of us does have are our circles of influence.

Thinking Forward may be working with those who are in leadership positions, but our aim is to also include others who may not be “leaders” by status, but have “leadership or influence opportunities” by stature.

A youth among his peers. A parent with children. An office worker alongside his colleagues.

Everyone can be an Everyday Leader.

The objective of Everyday Leaders is to help develop the competence and character of leaders including: leadership in the home, leadership in the workplace and self-leadership.Leaders will also be challenged to use their influence to impact people in their communities; to make an intentional choice to exercise their influence for the good of others.
